This hotel has a great transportation location, as it is an easy walk to a U-bahn stop with a direct link to the city centre. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and included fresh bread and juices.

For a city with crazy hotel prices during exhibitions at the Hannover Fair this hotel provided very good value for money - especially if booked in advance. Clean, friendly, and exxcellent breakfast buffet. Close to transportation (trams) and restaurants within walking distance.

The Wlan did not work on the 3rd floor where I was staying yet the hotel sold me a wlan voucher for use !!

walls are too thin, so I could hear other guests snoring, which was very annoying. Also, the humidity level was a bit too high. Hot/cold water - it was very difficult to set appropriate water temperature

I found this hotel to be great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. It is located at a main road junction, just two tram stops away from the Markthalle U-bahn station in Hannover's old quarter. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were sufficient for my needs. I particularly appreciated the availability of rooms for 3 people with a provisional bed. The breakfast selection at the close-by bakery was also satisfying.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

I did not like the fact that the hotel was shut between 2 and 4pm, however the proprietor arranged for an attendant on the two days we were there.

You'll find yourself in a very good area, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. the rooms are clean, tidy, and come equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. the service is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent, with a range of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel could improve their check-in process, to make sure that guests can access their rooms immediately upon arrival.

I also appreciated the provision of extra beds for three people, which made our stay convenient and comfortable. Moreover, the breakfast at the close-by bakery was a nice touch and provided a good start to the day.
